If your order hasn’t shipped yet, message us as soon as possible! Once shipped, orders can’t be changed or cancelled — but we’ll always do our best to help. 💕

Most orders are processed in 2–4 business days. Custom orders can take longer. Shipping time depends on your location, but you’ll get tracking info as soon as your paci pal is on the way! 📦💌

Wash gently with warm water and mild soap. Avoid boiling or dishwashers, since decorations are delicate!
